1. Local-First Processing

MunchShot defaults to on-device ML execution. Meal photos stay on your physical device and are never transmitted to cloud servers unless you explicitly opt in to cloud synchronization, community feed publishing, or server inference fallback.

2. Minimal PII Collection

We only store the minimal identifiers required to authenticate sessions and maintain subscription entitlements. We never sell or share biometric, dietary, or health data with third parties.
